Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1990 "Metales Preciosos del Chocó S.A.", podrá importar, obteniendo licencias del Incomex, pero sin pagar impuestos sobre las ventas ni derechos o impuestos de aduana y cualesquiera otros impuestos o contribuciones que pudieran causarse con motivo de la importación, las dragas, equipos y repuestos que requieran sus operaciones y que autorice expresamente su Junta Directiva.
