º. Las memorias, planos, etc., del acueducto se enviarán al Ministerio de Obras Públicas en álbumes de planchas debidamente legajadas y en las escalas y forma que se indican en el artículo anterior. Los planos para la construcción de los acueductos municipales, elaborados con anterioridad a la fecha del presente Decreto, no estarán sujetos a los requisitos especiales determinados en el artículo anterior.
