Anticipos. En los contratos que celebren las Intendencias y Comisarías y sus entidades descentralizadas se podrá pactar la entrega de anticipos en los términos y cuantías que considere pertinentes. Sin embargo, cuando el anticipo exceda el cincuenta por ciento del valor del contrato se requerirá autorización del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías - Dainco -.
