ARTICULO PRIMERO. Fijanse los cómputos líquidos del Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal de 1° de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1952 en la cantidad de seiscientos treinta y dos millones seiscientos treinta mil quinientos cincuenta y siete pesos con ochenta y cuatro centavos ($ 632.630.557.84) moneda legal, según los pormenores siguientes y descompuesta globalmente así:
