La transferencia de utilidades correspondientes a inversiones extranjeras directas en explotación, explotación, beneficio y transformación, de minerales se hará conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 16 del presente Decreto. No obstante, el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social podrá, en cada caso, establecer porcentajes superiores al contemplado en dicho artículo.
