Artículo segundo. Con base en la recaudación anual por los conceptos indicados en los ordinales b), c), d) y e), del articulo anterior, el Gobierno hará la apropiación presupuestal correspondiente a las erogaciones que debe atender el Fondo Nacional de Turismo, en lo referente a la organización del turismo nacional en todos sus ramos, propagandas, restauración y conservación de los lugares, construcciones y objetos de función turística y adquisición de bienes.
