Cuando sobre bienes intestados existentes en poder de un Cónsul, se pretendiere la entrega por distintos interesados, diciéndose ser los únicos herederos y se suscitaren por ellos dudas acerca de la legitimidad del derecho con que se pide la entrega, el Cónsul se abstendrá de hacer de ésta mientras la autoridad judicial competente no decida el litigio.
