º . Responsabilidad de las empresas. La responsabilidad de las empresas aportantes a Caxdac cesará con la entrega íntegra del valor del cálculo actuarial de cada aviador, conforme a los artículos anteriores. En caso de incumplimiento de la empresa, Caxdac podrá repetir contra ella por el valor de las pensiones reconocidas y pagadas.
