Lo expresado en el artículo anterior, no Impide que las asociaciones celebren contratos comerciales o realicen actividades que les produzcan, utilidad, a que no les es permitido ¡participar en sociedades, comerciales mediante la adquisición de acciones y partes o cuotas de interés, salvo autorización expresa y previa del Ministerio de Agricultura, la cual podrá otorgarse si el objeto principal de la Sociedad constituye también el objeto social de la agremiación o representa al menos, parte de la actividad que vincula a sus miembros.
