La Dirección Nacional de Bellas Artes organizará en los Departamentos, por conducto de las Direcciones de Instrucción Pública, Juntas dependientes de ella, presididas por el respectivo Director, que ejerzan a sus respectivas secciones las mismas funciones que tiene la Dirección General; y además, la de procurar que las Asambleas Departamentales y Consejos Municipales dicten ordenanzas y acuerdos encaminados al fin de esta Ley.
