Artículo Quinto. -A partir del veintitrés (23) de abril de 1960 inclusive, las pensiones de jubilación o de invalidez a que tengan derecho los trabajadores de una o más entidades de Derecho Público, serán liquidadas y pagadas tomando como base el setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del promedio mensual de salarios devengados durante el último año de servicios, previa la demostración de su retiro definitivo del servicio público.
