del artículo 20 del Decreto 814 de 1994 quedara así: "

Parágrafo

Los derechos que posee el Banco Popular sobre fundaciones, obras de arte y bienes relacionados con el patrimonio histórico y cultural, no estarán incluidos en la venta del Banco Popular. Tales derechos y bienes serán transferidos por el Banco a favor de la Nación o del organismo o entidad pública de carácter nacional de acuerdo con el convenio interadministrativo que se celebre para el efecto."
