Los poseedores de las acciones de la clase "D" tendrán opción hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1953 para venderlas al Fondo de Estabilización, por su valor en los libros, el cual se establecerá dividiendo el capital del Banco, el fondo de reserva y las utilidades sin repartir por el número de acciones emitidas.
