La confesión se admite tal como se hace, con sus modificaciones, aclaraciones y explicaciones concernientes al mismo hecho; pero si el confesante agrega hechos distintos y separados que no tengan íntima relación con el primero, constituyen verdaderas excepciones que tiene obligación de probar.
