Interpretación favorable. En lo no establecido en este decreto a favor de las víctimas se aplicará lo regulado en la Ley 1448 de 2011. Así mismo, si una disposición contenida en el presente decreto llegare a ser contradictoria con alguna contenida en la Ley 1448 de 2011, se aplicará aquella que resultare ser más favorable para las víctimas de que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto.
