OCULTAMIENTO DE AVERIA. El que ocultare avería o deterioro en buque, aeronave o carro de combate de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional, cuando ello afectare la operabilidad de los mismos, incurrirá en arresto de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años.
