Solamente para apropiaciones de "Servicios Personales" y "Servicios Públicos", se podrán girar relaciones de autorización permanentes, las cuales se presentarán a la Contraloría General de la República por conducto de la Dirección Nacional del Presupuesto. En casos especiales, esta Dirección podrá autorizar que se giren Relaciones de Autorización Permanentes para otra clase de gastos.
