En las circunstancias previstas por el ar tículo anterior las enajenaciones de acciones que sean necesarias se hará siempre bajo la vigilancia de las autoridades en el citada y siguiendo los procedimientos que indique la Sala General de la Comisión Nacional de Valores. Estas operaciones se efectuarán mediante la realización de oferta públi ca de venta, salvo que a juicio de dicha autoridad resultare aconsejable adoptar un s istema diferente.
