Article 10

Son Funciones Del Director Del Centro Nacional De Productividad: A) Organizar Y Dirigir El Centro Nacional De Productividad Al Servicio De La Economía Del País; B) Preparar Los Planes A Corto Y A Largo Plazo Para El Desarrollo Del Centro Nacional De Productividad; C) Preparar El Presupuesto Anual De Ingresos Y Egresos Del Centro Nacional De Productividad Y Someterlo A La Aprobación Del Consejo Técnico Nacional De Productividad; D) Mantener Contacto Con Los Organismos Nacionales E Internacionales Que Se Ocupan De La Productividad; E) Rendir Al Consejo Técnico Nacional De Productividad Los Informes Periódicos Que Éste Le Solicite; F) Las Demás Funciones Que Le Señale El Consejo Técnico Del Centro Nacional De Productividad

° Son funciones del Director del Centro Nacional de Productividad

a)

Organizar y dirigir el Centro Nacional de Productividad al servicio de la economía del país;

b)

Preparar los planes a corto y a largo plazo para el desarrollo del Centro Nacional de Productividad;

c)

Preparar el presupuesto anual de ingresos y egresos del Centro Nacional de Productividad y someterlo a la aprobación del Consejo Técnico Nacional de Productividad;

d)

Mantener contacto con los organismos nacionales e internacionales que se ocupan de la productividad;

e)

Rendir al Consejo Técnico Nacional de Productividad los informes periódicos que éste le solicite;

f)

Las demás funciones que le señale el Consejo Técnico del Centro Nacional de Productividad.
