Todos los que ejercieren en virtud de los dispuesto en las Leyes 83 de 1914 y 67 de 1920, deberán presentar dentro de ciento veinte días a las Juntas respectivas, los comprobantes necesarios para obtener la refrendación de la licencia, cosa que se hará con la simple presentación de ellos y sin ningún otro requisito.
