Donaciones a favor del fondo para la reparación de las víctimas . Las donaciones a que se refiere el artículo 177 de la Ley 1448 de 2011 tendrán los beneficios tributarios establecidos en el Estatuto Tributario y demás normas concordantes, para lo cual la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas expedirá la certificación correspondiente al donante y atenderá los demás requisitos que establezcan las normas que rigen la materia.
