Art. 1.° Auméntase el personal de la Administración de la Aduana de Sabanilla con tres plazas de escribientes, i se asigna a cada uno el sueldo fijo anual de trescientos ochenta i cuatro pesos ($ 384) que es el de tales empleados, según el Presupuesto nacional corriente; debiendo abonárseles, ademas, el eventual que les correspondo conformo al Código fiscal.
