Artículo tercero. "CAXDAC" es una persona jurídica de carácter privado y sin ánimo de lucro, creada con el fin de asumir algunas o todas las prestaciones que por ley corresponden a las empresas aportantes y de procurar el mejoramiento económico, cultural y técnico de sus afiliados.
