El procedimiento será breve y sumario, pero el Secretario llevará por escrito una relación sucinta de todo lo actuado. De las declaraciones de los testigos y peritos dejará un acta que se concretará a la identificación de las personas y a la respuestas sintéticas dadas por ellas. Lo mismo se hará con las respuestas del menor inculpado. Las actas serán firmadas por el Juez, por el Secretario y por las personas que intervengan en la diligencia.
