Las cámaras de comercio que intervienen en el cambio de jurisdicción deberán suscribir un acta de entrega con su respectiva copia en donde estén los datos básicos de los matriculados y/o inscritos que se trasladan, la cual se envía a través del Registro Único Empresarial y Social (RUES), junto con toda la documentación ya descrita y cada cámara de comercio archivará un ejemplar.
