En la Basílica Primada, en el sitio ya designado por las autoridades civiles y eclesiásticas, se levantará la estatua orante del Ilustrísimo señor Fernando Caicedo y Flórez, como manifestación de la gratitud nacional, y así se hará constar en la respectiva inscripción, haciendo referencia a la presente Ley.
