Apoyo y Capacitación . Para efectos del cumplimiento de lo establecido en el presente decreto, el Ministerio de Salud y el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, impartirán la capacitación y prestarán permanentemente la asistencia y asesoría técnica necesarias, a las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud.
