El Ministerio de Cultura iniciará lo correspondiente para la declaratoria y el manejo como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del Festival de Tambora Tradicional en el municipio de Gamarra, de acuerdo con lo estipulado en la presente ley y en los artículos 4°, 5°, 8° y 11 .1 de la Ley 397 de 1997, modificada por la Ley 1185 de 2008.
