Las autoridades de tránsito, en coordinación con las demás autoridades, fijarán la ubicación, condiciones técnicas y aspectos relativos a los paraderos de transporte urbano y estaciones de transporte masivo siguiendo las políticas locales de planeación e ingeniería de tránsito.
