º . El Fiscal Jefe de Unidad y los Fiscales de Unidad ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia, tendrán derecho a una prima técnica equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual. Así mismo, tendrán derecho a una prima Mensual Especial de Alta Dirección equivalente al cuarenta y cinco por ciento (45%) de la remuneración mensual. Las primas técnica y especial de Alta Dirección no tienen carácter salarial para ningún efecto legal.
