La Junta Central de Higiene queda reemplazada por una ofician que se denominará Dirección Nacional de Higiene, a la cual corresponde dirigir, vigilar y reglamentar la Higiene pública y privada en la Nación. Esta oficina se compondrá de un Director Nacional de Sanidad, un Subdirector, un Oficial Mayor y un Oficial Escribiente.
