El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas señalará las condiciones para que las cooperativas pequeñas de producción y comercialización agropecuarias puedan tener acceso prioritario a los cupos de redescuento que autorice la Junta Monetaria al sector cooperativo. Para tal fin, definirá lo que se entiende por cooperativas pequeñas de producción y comercialización agropecuarias y ejercerá estrecha vigilancia sobre el cumplimiento de las normas que dicte.
