Artículo único . El Poder Ejecutivo á nombre del Congreso, presentará al General en Jefe D. Rafael Reyes, una espada de honor con empuñadura de oro, que llevará la siguiente inscripción: " El Congreso de Colombia al ilustre General Rafael Reyes, pacificador de la República en 1895 ."

Parágrafo

Los gastos que ocasione el cumplimiento de esta Ley se consideraran incluidos en el Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso.
