bis. Las disposiciones anteriores, sobre almacenes generales de depósito (SECCION VI) se pondrán en vigencia cuando el Gobierno estime conveniente, oyendo previamente el concepto de la Junta General de Aduanas y de las Cámaras de Comercio de las capitales de los Departamentos.
