Los integrantes que conforman el SEN que, con ocasión a la producción y difusión de estadísticas oficiales, accedan a la información o participen del intercambio de esta, deberán guardar la confidencialidad de los datos en el marco de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1581 de 2012 y las demás normas que regulen la protección de datos.
