Repealed

Cuando los préstamos a una sola persona natural o jurídica, excedan de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00), dentro del mediano plazo, los interesados deberán suscribir y pagar acciones del Banco Ganadero en proporción equivalente al 1% de la cuantía total de dichos préstamos.

Parágrafo

Exceptúanse las operaciones que celebren los Fondos Ganaderos.
