Art. 10. Queda igualmente autorizado el Poder Ejecutivo para señalar los sueldos que debe gozar cada uno de los empleados, recomendándosele por el Congreso, el que contrate con el señor José Cárlos Manó, distinguido viajero naturalista, la Direccion de la Comision científica, por el tiempo y con las condiciones que tenga á bien estipular.
