Artículo único. En caso de falta absoluta o temporal del Superintendente de Cooperativas, designado de conformidad con el artículo 3° del Decreto 1339 de 1932, la elección de la persona que debe reemplazarlo la hará el Poder Ejecutivo de acuerdo con las reglas legales comunes. Corresponde al Ministerio de Industrias decidir sobre las renuncias del cargo o solicitudes de licencia que en cualquier tiempo haga el Superintendente de Cooperativas. Queda así adicionado el artículo 3° del Decreto 1339 de 1932.
