º El inciso segundo del artículo 5º del Decreto 1512 de 1985 quedará así: "Cuando el pago o abono en cuenta corresponda a la adquisición de bienes raíces. o vehículos, o a contratos de construcción, urbanización y en general de confección de obra material de bien inmueble, la retención prevista en este artículo será del uno por ciento (1%)".
