De la inspección, vigilancia y control del Servicio Público de Empleo. La Dirección de Inspección, Vigilancia, Control y Gestión Territorial y las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio del Trabajo, en desarrollo de lo dispuesto por el numeral 14 del artículo 2° del Decreto 4108 de 2011, ejercerán la vigilancia y control de los prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo de que trata este decreto.
