La presente ley tiene como objeto crear y reglamentar la Alerta Colombia como un sistema que incorpora una herramienta ágil de difusión de información de niños y niñas que se encuentren extraviados en el territorio colombiano, con el objetivo de lograr la búsqueda, localización y recuperación inmediata de estos.
