°. Adopción de formatos. Los formatos y requerimientos para la aplicación del presente decreto, deberán ser establecidos mediante acto administrativo expedido por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud en lo que a cada una de estas entidades corresponda, en un término no mayor a quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
