Decreto 410 de 1971 · POR LA CUAL SE EXPIDE EL CÓDIGO DE COMERCIO

De la ejecución del laudo conocerá la justicia ordinaria, conforme a las reglar generales. También conocerá ésta de la diligencia contemplada en los artículo 337 a 339 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.

Dejando a salvo las cuestiones atribuidas a los tribunales superiores, de las demás que conforme a este título se reservan la los jueces, conocerá el juez del circuito a que corresponda el lugar donde deba adelantarse o se adelante el proceso arbitral.
