Solamente podrán conceder el título de bachiller los colegios oficiales de segunda enseñanza y los establecimientos privados que obtengan esta facultad del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, siempre que tales establecimientos se sujetan a las disposiciones que el mismo Ministerio dicte en relación con la organización que deba darse el bachillerato.

Parágrafo

Serán refrendados por el Ministerio de Educación los diplomas de los bachilleres a que se refiere este Artículo.
