ALIMENTOS. Durante la etapa del trámite liquidatorio, el deudor persona natural podrá pedir que le sea fijada una suma mensual, a título de alimentos cóngruos para atender su subsistencia, y la de las personas a su cargo, la que se tomará de los bienes del patrimonio a liquidar.
