Decreto 400 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1212 de 1990, Estatuto del Personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional.

Reconocimiento prima de actividad. Para los fines previstos en el artículo 142 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, la Policía Nacional y la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional procederán de oficio a efectuar los reajustes correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Para el reconocimiento de este derecho se tendrá en cuenta el tiempo liquidado en la correspondiente hoja de servicios policiales.
