Artículo Primero: Reuniones. El Consejo Sectorial de Transporte se reunirá ordinariamente dos (2) veces al año en los meses de marzo y septiembre, y extraordinariamente cuando el Ministro de Transporte lo convoque. En caso de ausencia del Ministro el Consejo será presidido por el Viceministro o el miembro del Consejo en quien el señor Ministro delegue esa facultad.
