°. Régimen aduanero . En todo lo que resulte procedente, respecto de las mercancías que ingresen en calidad de auxilios que se adquieran para ser destinados a las acciones de respuesta a la emergencia, la rehabilitación, reparación o reconstrucción de las áreas afectadas en el municipio de Mocoa, se dará aplicación a los artículos 204 y 391 del Decreto número 2685 de 1999 y demás normas concordantes.
