La suma de que trata el artículo anterior, será entregada a una Junta especial que está formada por el Gobernador del Departamento o un delegado que él designe, por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Málaga y por el Personero y el Alcalde de la misma ciudad.

Parágrafo

El Ejecutivo al reglamentar esta ley, dictará las disposiciones de control convenientes de conformidad con la Contraloría General de la República.
