°. Asignación de competencias. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, las competencias asignadas a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, por los artículos 21 y 23 del Decreto 520 de 2003, se entienden asignadas a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social, UGPP, así como la función de defensa judicial asociada.
